JOB OVERVIEW
Drive national sales across all distributor channels for company products. Negotiate high-level deals & develop winning sales strategies. Manage & develop distributors to achieve sales goals.


Key Result Areas:
  • Leads all aspects of national sales: Emphasizes overall responsibility for sales performance.
  • Manages channels: Covers distribution channel management.
  • Builds & motivates the sales team: Combines recruiting, development, and motivation of the sales team.
  • Cultivates distributor relationships: Encompasses maintaining and building long-term relationships with distributors.
  • Crafts winning sales strategies: Covers developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Sets pricing: Includes establishing and controlling pricing, pricing policy, and sales margin.
  • Ensures SHE compliance: Addresses adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages and develops distribution channels for segment success.
  • Negotiates high-level deals and crafts winning sales strategies.
  • Builds and motivates a high-performing sales team.
  • Proactively collaborates with architects and consultants on projects.
  • Cultivates strong distributor relationships to optimize sales.
  • Provides regular sales reports for informed decision-making.
  • Identifies and engages key customers, delivering complete solutions.
  • Monitors competitor activities and shares valuable market insights.
  • Sets, manages, and monitors competitive pricing and sales forecasts.
  • Ensures efficient communication within the sales team and support functions.
  • Fosters long-term customer relationships and high satisfaction.
  • Manages team budget and assists National Sales Manager in achieving targets.
  • Sets clear objectives for the team and communicates corrective actions.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently per ISO guidelines, upholding a positive company image.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to enhance the sales function.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business Administration) from a recognized university
  • 8+ years of sales & marketing management experience (insulation or related industry preferred).
  • High-level written & spoken English proficiency required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • May possess an MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the regional building and construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the insulation business.
  • Proficient in navigating construction decision-making processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bonus: 2+ years of international experience.
  • Conducts regular performance reviews and collaboratively develops individual development plans with team members.
  • Prioritizes workload and proactively pursues new business opportunities.
  • Analyzes information from diverse sources to identify key issues and relevant data.
  • Integrates diverse perspectives in proposals to demonstrate understanding of stakeholder needs.
  • Maintains composure and prioritizes under pressure, adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
  • Proposes innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Builds independent relationships and networks to achieve goals.
