A foreign insurance company. Location: Hanoi and HCM.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Dealer/Partner Service:
  • Sell motor insurance through dealer and partner channels.
  • Develop the motor dealer channel.
  • Maintain relationships with dealers/partners to boost sales.
  • Expand the network through dealer and partner channels.
  • Establish sales campaigns and KPIs for dealers/partners.
  • Conduct non-life insurance seminars for dealers.
  • Organize risk management seminars for dealers.
  1. Client Service:
  • Sell motor insurance.
  • Develop the motor dealer channel.
  • Review renewal lists and provide timely reminders to clients.
  • Offer quotations to clients.
  • Issue insurance policies.
  1. Outstanding/Unclear Premium:
  • Update the status of outstanding premiums and follow up on overdue premiums to collect timely.
  • Monitor monthly dealer input and output.
  1. Business Administration:
  • Report any unusual problems to direct management.
  1. Collaboration with Concerned Departments:
  • Cooperate with Claims Division for smooth claim settlements and risk management.
  • Coordinate with Underwriting Division for operational matters, quotations, and coverage.
  • Collaborate with Loss Control Engineer for risk surveys.
  • Coordinate with HR Division and Finance & Planning Division for related tasks or special events.
  • Coordinate with other branches for new and existing client business.
  1. Other Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on market trends affecting company’s business activities.
  • Report any unusual problems.
  • Handle other office tasks as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • University or college graduation (special cases).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong marketing skills.
  • Collaborative and supportive mindset.
  • KPI and strategic thinking.
  • Digitalization knowledge.
  • Understanding of working procedures and flowcharts.
  • In-depth knowledge of motor insurance products.
  • Commitment to professionalism.
  • Wide motor dealer network is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing activities.
  • Preferably experienced in non-life insurance sales.
