Our client is looking for a (Sr) Sales Executive to manage and develop relationships with key clients. This role plays a key part in maintaining long-term partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts
Understand customers' needs and requirements to propose appropriate solutions
Expand business with existing clients through value- added products and services
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
Act as the main communications bridge between customers and internal teams
Handle customer issues and complaints to maintain satisfaction and trust
Drive a new sales opportunities and develop long- term client relationships
Prepare regular reports on progress and sales forecasts using key account metrics
Job Requirements
Fluent in English
Having bachelor's degree in BA, or related field
Having experience in garment industry
Proven experience in B2B sales and solution- based selling
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a demonstrated sales track record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
