JAC’s client is a foreign real estate investor who is looking for a Sales Executive 
Location: Ho Chi Minh/Binh Duong 
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Job Responsibilities
- Search and exploiting potential customers. 
- Coordinate with team to achieve sales target. 
- Perform transactions and support customers to track payment progress, - sign deposit contracts and SPA. 
- Manage assigned customer data, introduce, guides and advise customers - on information related to products and projects that the company - distributes. 
- Providing ideas during meetings between the Product Marketing Team and - the Architecture/Construction Team. 
- In charge for Sales Agencies. 
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in selling Luxury Townhouse projects and 
- High-rise condominium. 
- Basic Microsoft Office skills. 
- Basic English communication skills. 
- Selling skills, Customer Services skills, Communication skill. 
- Deep understanding about Customer needs in Real Estate, had strong data/ connections in selling Real Estate products
