Our client is a reputable Trading company from Japan that is looking for potential candidates for the Food trading sector.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
New staff shall belong to food department which is taking care of trading business and business development as follows
- Import business of commodity (sugar, daily product, grain & feed ingredients, oil & fats, some food ingredient such as wheat flower, starch etc),
- Export business of commodity such as seafood, coffee bean and soluble coffee, oil & fats, frozen vegetable, frozen meat, etc.
- Develop 3 pillar business by existing business (sugar, grain & feed ingredient, starch, wheat flour, etc and new item such as seafood products, meat products, dairy product, targeting Vietnam Market.
- To export seafood products (mainly shrimp) to overseas market.
- To import seafood products and meat products to Viet Nam market.
- To manage above trading account and logistics.
- To cooperate with related persons in and out of company in using English and Vietnamese to realize above deals in accordance with company’s regulation.
- To conduct business trip frequently in and out of Viet Nam and accompany Visitors from overseas (including entertainment such as dinners).
- To create budget planning and manage budget progress for its own business related to above exporting and importing seafood in accordance with food dept’s policy (Food Business Unit’s policy).
- To report and make presentation of its own business related to exporting and importing seafood.
The candidate who has the following qualification and experience are preferrable
- Experience in purchase, sales and negotiation based on international trade.
- Experience in trading of seafood products or other food materials (including buying and selling seafood products or other food materials in oversea and domestic market).
- Vietnamese staff who are currently in Japan and would like to return to work in Vietnam.
- Sociable with good communication skills.
- Responsible and play a role as a team member.
- Physically and mentally tough.
- Interested in food business, motivated to find opportunities.
- Having mind of compliance with integrity.
- As for ability for Language, New Staff are required to the ability of High English proficiency and Japanese proficiency for business purpose will be preferrable.
- Others knowledge required: knowledge for international trade and logistics are MUST, and basic knowledge for food business are preferrable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint for communication and presentation purposes.
