JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales strategy for CE products within assigned region, together with the company’s direction, action plan, sales forecast, budget planning
- Negotiate and construct appropriate trading terms and channel strategy in alignment with the company's direction
- Manage and maintain a highly effective channel; support and supervise retailer/ dealers to achieve sales target
- Manage, allocate jobs, and coach sales team members to drive performance of sell-in and push up sell-out
- Coordinate with other product sales teams and trade marketing team for total regional sales target achievement
- KPI and target: Sales revenue, COI, Market share
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 6 years of Sale Manager position in electronics or building material or medical devices
- Language skills: English (business proficiency level), Vietnamese (native level).
- Excellent of Communication, Negotiation and customer service skills.
- Has B2C experience
