QA Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client (Electronics manufacturing) is looking for the QA Engineer position.

Work Location: Long Duc – Dong Nai.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure product and process compliance.

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Create, update, and manage factory rules, procedures, and regulations to align with company and industry requirements.

• Manage and analyze quality data for reporting, improvement, and decision-making.

• Conduct and coordinate internal and external quality audits.

• Lead activities related to quality certifications, including acquisition, renewal, and compliance with relevant standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Over 3 years of practical experience in the Quality Assurance department at an electronic device manufacturing plant (including establishing quality management systems, handling internal and external quality audits, and resolving quality issues).

• Work experience at a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.

• Practical experience in handling external audits by certification bodies (e.g., safety standards, wireless certifications)

• Practical experience in external audits for ISO 9001 / ISO 14000

• Practical experience in ISO 9001 internal audits。

• Hands-on experience in electrical circuit.
