Job description
- Application development leader for Japanese/Global clients projects led by our parent company in Japan. The application development leader needs to support the project manager from Japan and lead Vietnamese team members (3-5 people). The type of clients will be multiple industries (government, finance, and enterprise) and the phase of projects will be multiple phase (requirement definition, design, make, testing etc.)
- Grade 6-8 (non-manager but leader level), but salary can be negotiable based on skills and/or experiences
- Can speak, read, and write Japanese (official certification is not needed but N1/2/3 level)
- Experience working with Japanese companies
- Experience working in an IT company as a system engineer/architect/programmer, and total experience should be more than 5 years
- Salary range: Net from 16M-39M VND/month (gross 18M-48M)
