JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Solutions: Ensuring our Sales team receives information and solutions to respond to/on RFQ’s, RFP's and RFI’s (ad hoc and structural tenders) as well as market trends and development
- Mutual visits to existing and prospective customers
- Analyze data to support solution finding for specific logistics challenges and requirements from existing customers and prospects
- Manage cost calculations and solutions by interpreting market trends and developments;
- Advise sales management with SLA and SOP projects
- Project Management: Upon demand support on or with projects in the region, country, or location, taking into account Airspace’s guidelines, in such a way as to provide the operations organization with the necessary resources and guidance to achieve the objectives
- Drive project roll-outs by making complete and detailed action plans
- Steer all relevant resources to start and finish projects
- Assist the members of the involved project teams in order to create the best possible solution to come to a successful project implementation
- Guard project progress in order to reach set deadlines and targets
- Regular feedback to the management team on project progress
- Vendor Management: Ensuring that the network has the best in class partners in place ensuring qualitative market penetration, taking into account the financial and operational strategy of Airspace
- Issue, safeguard, and monitor SLA’s and/or contracts with strategic subcontractors in Vietnam
- Setup and control of parameters that guard the quality of subcontractors according to our ISO 9001:2015 guidelines and internal quality standards and, where required, steer for improvement
- Manage daily operations at key stations in the region or country
- Setup and control of cost parameters to ensure profitability of network and operations and to stay within market cost parameters
- Implementations: Ensuring that projects or processes to be implemented are handled in the best interest of Airspace, Customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and steer implementations and optimizations of work processes and – procedures, guided by the MOP and ISO standards as set
- Evaluate and, if required, correct these processes and procedures
