[JP] Customer Due Diligence

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is Japanese Banking in Ho Chi Minh city.
We are looking applications from independent and highly motivated candidates for the position of [JP] Customer Due Diligence in our Ho Chi Minh Office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Prepare Customer Due Diligence (CDD) form using customer information and personal IDs with high carefulness in inputting information, checking evidence and judging the result based on the rule.
• Communicate with PIC in BP for each customer when the evidence is not sufficient.
• Communicate with HO departments with customer in Japanese to obtain customer or private information.
• Transit excel basis CDD process to Access centralized data base.
• Other related duties instructed by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Graduating from Universities
• Good communication : very fluent in Japanese and English in business level (Listening-Speaking-Reading-Writing)
• At least 3 years of working experience in sales.
• Microsoft Excel, Word
• High team work spirit and responsibility, careful & hard working.

Benefit:

• Time work: Mon ~ Fri : 8 AM~17 PM
• Bonus 13th salary and depend on working result
