Newly set up Japan's factory in Vietnam (Hanoi office)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out administrative and legal procedures related to the establishment of a new factory
- Develop and implement factory staff recruitment plan. This includes creating job ads, scheduling interviews, and selecting candidates
- Design and implement new employee orientation and training programs
- Oversee attendance tracking systems as well as salary and benefits administration, ensure and comply with company regulations and laws
- Propose solutions to solve labor-related problems and take appropriate measures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 15-20 years of experience in HR and general affairs at a Japanese company
- Candidates with experience in HR management at manufacturing companies are preferred
- JLPT N2, good at English
- Good at Microsoft
- Willing to go on business trips
BENEFITS
- Working time: 8h/ per day < from 7:30AM – 16:30 PM>
- Salary: ~$1500 (negotiable)T
