JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Business & General Administration
  • Support all matters relating to work permit, visa, residence card…
  • Support all general administration matters
  • Responsibility areas are (but not limited to):
    • Office facilities and utilities & company properties/ assets
    • Employee and BOD business trips, flight and accommodation
    • Manage expenses including purchasing, collecting VAT invoice, making report
    • Managing the list of bank transactions of Hanoi Office, making report
    • Examine and select suppliers
    • Support in adjusting some terms in client contracts
    • Celebrate events in month (welcome, birthday, staff giving birth, resign…)
    • Do reports for Hanoi Office
  1. HR Management
  • Sort out recruitment needs upon requirements
  • Select and interview
  • Process of hiring and resignation
  • Orientation
  • Check employees’ attendance
  • Check and remind on regulation obedience
  • Compose employee contracts, TOB, regulations…
  1. IT Support & Management
  • Managing one of the company job-board accounts
  • Employee on-boarding & off-boarding
  • Internet, company system-related issues
  1. Other tasks
  • Ad-hoc task/assignment/special project
  • Take initiative to communicate with any relevant party
  • Cooperate with marketing team on marketing/ branding strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Proven experience in preparing work permits for expats.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Fast learner
