JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Design long-term technical architecture to ensure scalability, flexibility, and system reliability.
Manage and oversee all engineering and technology operations, including IT, DevOps, Platform, Business Analysis, and Product teams.
Select and implement optimal technological solutions to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain a secure, high-performance infrastructure ensuring data safety, availability, and regulatory compliance.
Supervise, assess, and optimize system performance, maintaining high uptime and processing speed.
Propose and deploy AI and automation solutions to streamline and optimize business operations.
Oversee product development timelines, adjust project schedules, and control operational costs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective communication and workflow between departments.
Conduct business analysis and propose new strategic features that align with company goals.
Establish and manage internal processes, ensuring compliance with standards and maximum efficiency.
Report directly to the Board of Directors on all technological operations and strategic directions.
Serve as the bridge between development teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment.
Develop technical documentation, process manuals, and staff training materials.
Oversee software testing and quality assurance before product release.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
8–12 years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 3 years in a Head of Engineering or equivalent leadership role.
Proven track record in building and managing large-scale technology systems serving millions of users with high uptime.
Hands-on experience with modern architectures and tools: microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, API Gateway, and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of data security, privacy standards, and relevant legal frameworks (including e-wallet or payment systems).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, compliance, partnerships, and business units.
Experience in scaling products from MVP to enterprise level (zero-to-one, scale-up stages).
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and people management skills.
