COMPANY OVERVIEW
 
Our client is the subsidiary of a leading oil company in Japan and currently a strategic partner of a leading oil company in Vietnam. The company is with function as a shareholding company as well as a consulting company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the schedule of GD. Please note that the schedule is often determined and changed at short notice according to PLX's schedule so sometimes Domestic/Overseas business trip is required at short notice.
  • Make appointments for GD with Chairman, General Director and other leaders of the group company.
  • Make arrangements of flight, car, accommodation, lunch, dinner and other relevant logistic for above meetings and the business trips
  • Interpretation for various meetings including BOM and translation of materials that use for the meetings and other management documents when necessary.
  • Accompany and interpret for meetings with Chairman, General Director, and/or other VIP from the Group company.
  • Draft official letters or documents in English and Vietnamese (Meeting minute, Letter to send to business partners, etc.)
  • Documentation
  • Any other business that is requested.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High language proficiency (Japanese: N1, English: TOEIC>800): Having a high level of proficiency in written and communication in Vietnamese, English and Japanese.
  • Studied or worked in Japan for long time or have worked in Japanese company for at least 3 years.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships appropriately with internal and external stakeholders (Especially with PLX members)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Flexible response and patience to changes in requests, schedules, etc.
  • Can use / utilize fully of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to set priorities and manage and execute multiple tasks.
  • Ability to learn and master new tasks.
  • Enthusiasm and willing to work overtime and go for business trip even during holidays when necessary.

  • Salary up to $2000 (or negotiate depending on the candidate's ability) & two month's salary bonus annually.
