Creative Director

JAC's client is a foreign Marketing agency in HCMC, now looking for a Creative Director to join and manage the Creative team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a decision maker, manage the Creative team (from copy to art talents)
• Supervise and ensure the prompt delivery of all team projects, aligning with client requirements and business objectives to address genuine challenges
• Lead the creative team's performance and capabilities, collaborating closely with Strategy, Business Development, and Account teams to devise and execute effective creative strategies and assets
• Explore, research, and suggest innovative methods to enhance creative concepts and services
• Manage creative workflows efficiently, balancing productivity with flexibility, including overseeing team meetings and scheduling
• Participate in client meetings, presenting work, understanding needs, and identifying opportunities
• Head brand campaigns, generating project ideas, and overseeing the development of creative content
• Uphold the agency's creative philosophy and standards throughout
• Collaborate with executives and creative leaders to establish project timelines and content objectives
• Communicate project details, including deadlines and budgets, to executives and clients
• Supervise all work produced by the creative department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years of similar working experience in Agency environment
• 2 years' experience in a Creative Director role
• Demonstrated experience with diverse clients, such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
• English proficiency, Vietnamese native 
• Strong creative vision aligned with business goals
• Strong abilities in managing people, projects, and resources
• Preferably, experience in integrated creative solutions, with familiarity in digital and social media trends
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, motivating the creative team to excel
• Proficiency in leading a team of creative professionals
