Fullstack Developer Lead - NodeJS

COMPANY OVERVIEW

JAC's client is Japanese start-up company specialized in Property Technology, they are looking for to add a Senior Software Developer to their current team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define system architecture and specifications for cutting edge features related to server infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to find solutions that are leverageable across multiple architectures and generations.
• Stress on modular design and code reuse to achieve maintainability
• Develop, document, and maintain software systems, including requirements, designs, coding, and deployment.
• Implement software features, fix bugs, and optimize performance
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal developers or external partners to deliver serviceable, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Work effectively in an Agile environment following and practicing Scrum processes.
• Remain up-to-date on industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practice methodologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years programming experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Familiar in Node-JS (Required), React/Vue and Postgres
• Advanced knowledge of complex software design, distributed system design, design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent data analytics skills and ability to explore and identify data issues
• Familiar with public cloud technologies in Google Cloud Platform
• Strong DevOps focus and experience building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies
• High understanding of both backend and frontend side of software development
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Good communication skill
• Experience with Proptech is plus
• English Skills is a preference
