Our client is looking for the FACA Engineer (Failure Analysis Corrective Action Engineer) position.
Work Location: Vsip2- Binh Duong
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor production yield and investigate test/inspection failures.
Analyze production and test data to identify trends and recurring issues.
Apply root cause analysis methods to identify failure sources.
Use statistical tools (Pareto, control charts, regression) to support Decision-making.
Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. Participate in customer audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across departments and suppliers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
English is a must (TOEIC 605 and above, or IELTS equivalent certificate)
2–5 years of experience in quality, production, or failure analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, Minitab/JMP.
