Japanese manufacturing company specialized in civil engineering products/systems

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Back Office Manager in all general affairs related tasks, focusing on Accounting
• Additional IT Admin, HR, recruiting tasks to support the manager
• Collaborate with the Japanese manager when setting up new businesses and offices
• Communicate with the Japanese HQ on important back office rules and regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3+ years of Back Office experience (HR, Accounting, IT Admin)
• Strong English (TOEIC 700 and above) Or Japanese communication (N2 and above)
• Ability to work independently and support superiors effectively

BENEFITS

• $600-$800(Gross) Salary, depending on the candidate's experience and ability
