JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring decision-making.
- Develop and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, and support career growth and succession planning.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and keep abreast of changes in legislation that may impact the organization.
- Guide and support management in HR-related decision-making, providing advice and assistance on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand and address HR-related needs and challenges to support the achievement of company goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3~5 years of experience in HR, general affairs, sales management, or accounting (experience in any of these fields is preferred)
- Strong English (TOEIC 830 and above)
- Proficiency in MS-Excel, PPT, and Word
- Ability to work independently and support superiors effectively
- 16 - 22M VND (Gross) salary, depending on the candidate's experience and ability
- 13th Month Salary
- Social Insurance paid abiding to Vietnamese Labor Laws
