JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve personal sales targets by actively seeking out new opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from order placement to payment collection.
- Maintain a comprehensive customer list containing detailed information about clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to provide technical proposals and confirm project details.
- Gather and analyze information related to clients and competitors to stay informed about market trends.
- Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports detailing activities, progress.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or above
- +3 years of experience in a similar role within the building or plumbing and drainage equipment industry.
- Have knowledge of design and application of rubber and metal flexible joints, plumbing and drainage valves, and vibration damping materials.
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 850 or above); Japanese is preferred
- Work in current company for at least 3 years
- Proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
BENEFITS
- Salary: 20 – 25 million
