JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Customer Service:
  • Reviewing renewal lists to ensure reminders are sent to clients.
  • Providing renewal and new quotation options to clients.
  • Coordinating with the business team to facilitate policy issuance, endorsements, issue Chinese policies and sending them to customers.
  • Prospecting for new clients, conducting sales, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Conducting other insurance seminars for both current and potential clients to explain policy coverage and claims procedures.
  • Organizing and managing paper and email files in compliance with marketing processes.
  • Acting as an intermediary and coordinating efforts across departments/divisions on behalf of Line Manager.
  • Organizing risk management seminars for customers.
  • Conducting risk surveys to prepare quotations.
     
  1. Premium Management:
  • Updating outstanding premium statuses and collecting overdue premiums promptly.
  1. Business Administration:
  • Reporting any problems to direct manager.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports, including expense analysis.
  1. Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Collaborating with the Claims Division for smooth claim settlements and follow-ups.
  • Coordinating with the Underwriting Division for quotations and coverage.
  • Assisting Loss Control Engineers in conducting risk surveys at client sites.
  • Coordinating with the Business Division for operational matters.
  • Collaborating with related divisions and departments for company-organized events.
     
  1. Additional Responsibilities:
  • Staying updated on market trends affecting company business.
  • Assisting the Line Manager with reports, administrative tasks, and translations.
  • Handling other office tasks as assigned by line management and the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Completion of university or college degree.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Possesses a strong marketing acumen.
  • Capable of comprehending operational processes and diagrams with clarity.
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance products and effective client communication.
  • Maintains professionalism for high-quality service.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience required.
  • Candidates with marketing and sales background/experience preferred.
  • Fresh candidates may also be considered.
