JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Specification and Pipeline Management

• Build a robust project pipeline by cultivating key partnerships with developers, architects, and contractors.
• Closely collaborate on projects, guiding them from concept to completion through technical expertise and relationship management.
• Secure revenue by actively identifying and targeting the right projects at the right time.
• Lead project delivery, ensuring success with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively manage projects, clearly defining scope and responsibilities while maximizing client value.
• Gather critical project details for accurate estimations and value engineering.
• Actively participate in internal and external meetings to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Account Management

• Collaborate closely with partners in pre-construction, from planning and budgeting to estimation and fabrication.
• Master project logistics: track deliveries, manage change orders, and coordinate critical materials.
• Craft comprehensive plans for clients and internal teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Expertly manage scope, schedule, and cost changes with tools and techniques.
• Proactively mitigate risks, involving technical teams early.
• Track performance, analysing success of short- and long-term goals.
• 90% proactive hunting, 10% efficient execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of proven experience in the façade or construction industry, with exposure to various project types.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred, demonstrating strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with industrial systems and their application in construction is an advantage.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal, in Vietnamese and English.
• Demonstrated ability to organize effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficient in M365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic proficiency in CAD or other design software is a plus.
• Conversational English skills are required to understand and communicate effectively. Fluency is not essential
