BACKEND ENGINEER

Our client company develops many kinds of projects, both our own and for clients. This includes web applications, mobile apps, VR/AR, and games.
- As a Backend Engineer, your main tasks will be:
Understand Client Needs: Work with Project Managers (PMs) to understand what clients need for web applications.
- Design Systems: Design how data works, how screens connect, and how the program logic works, based on client needs.
- Build APIs: Create APIs mainly using Python (Django) or Rust (Actix-web).
- AWS Infrastructure & CI/CD: Build and manage infrastructure, and set up CI/CD (automatic testing and deployment) using AWS.
- Code Reviews: Join code reviews with other team members to ensure good quality and consistent code.
- Share Knowledge: Do pair programming to share technical knowledge and work together.
Required Skills:
- Backend Development: Experience in backend development, especially with Python or similar languages.
- Database Design: Experience in designing databases.
AWS Infrastructure: Experience building and managing infrastructure using AWS.
- Japanese Language Level: Japanese N3 level or higher.
