Position: Administration (Hanoi) 
Job Descriptions: 
·         Conduct and organize administrative duties.
·         Recruit and conduct orientation for new staffs
·         Responsible for telephone line answering and transfer to internal office.
·         Responsible for office operating as cleaning, security, maintenance..
·         Responsible for company business operating like arrange transportation, accommodation for other members.
·         Prepare supporting documents such as PR, phone billing, visa, work permit, checking invoice, etc. 
·         Assist in other accounting duties when assigned by superior
·         To perform other essential administrative/secretarial tasks as assigned by Japanese manager.
Requirements: 
·         Female (25~ 32 years old )
·         Have 3~5 years' experience as administration and human resource in Japanese company 
·         Have experience about insurance procedure is preferred.
·         Vietnamese nationality only.
·         Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, management/ administration or accounting or related equivalent.
·         Good communicate in English.
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
