We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager in Hanoi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical components, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Fluency in Mandarin is a must, as you will work closely with Chinese-speaking partners and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for electric components.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical components or industrial products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical components is highly desirable.
