Job Responsibilities
Recruit and manage a local team for business operations.
Source and develop relationships with garment factories and suppliers.
Oversee production setup and ensure smooth operations.
Assist with compliance, legal registration, and supply chain coordination.
Working with the team in China.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, sourcing, or factory operations in Vietnam.
Strong industry network and excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and manufacturers.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive business expansion.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to coordinate teams and ensure smooth operations.
Must be hardworking, responsible, and results driven.
