Position Overview:
Our client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing high-performance interconnect systems for industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial, and consumer electronics, with strong operations in Vietnam and other key hubs.
Sourcing Manager
Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
Lead supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, planning) to meet project and production goals.
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Proficiency in English (Chinese is a plus).
