JAC's client is Japanese electronic manufacturing in VSIP II, Binh Duong.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Major business, project management/Team management (project management, schedule with related departments, follow production test, Team management, work instructions, resource coordination, etc.).　
• Organizational work of the development department, ISO compliance, personnel evaluation, management of Vietnamese and Japanese seconded/on-business.  
• Budget management, participation in various meetings (including meetings with business departments).
• Team building, other tasks assigned, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Expected management level: become a Deputy department manager/Department manager in upcoming 2-3 years.
• Proficiency in Japanese (must): JPLT N2 and above.
• Proficiency in English (must): TOEIC 700 and above or equivalent certificate.  
• Bachelor degree and above majored in automation, electronics or other fields related to semiconductor process/equipment.
• MS Office (Excel, PPT, word).
• Experience in management of Japanese enterprises is a preferable.
