JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Product orientation and strategy analysis based on customer needs, market trends, and internal departments within the company.
Progress management, including timeline adjustments and milestone tracking throughout the product development process.
Operational cost and risk management during the product development project.
Team operation and coordination, including supervising execution and facilitating collaboration among team members.
Business analysis and feature development direction, focusing on strategic system enhancements for the company.
Stakeholder communication, acting as a bridge between the development team, customers, and other involved parties.
Documentation development, including user guides, technical documentation, and business process workflows for the software development team.
Expectation alignment, conveying project content and supporting team members and project managers to clarify customer expectations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Data Analysis, or related fields in e-commerce data analysis.
- At least 2 years of experience in a PO (Product Owner) or BA (Business Analyst) role.
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, BI, or other related platforms.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce business operations is a plus.
- Preference for candidates with experience in analytical modeling.
- Good teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
