Senior M&A Consultant

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A foreign company is looking for a Senior M&A Consultant to research for investment opportunities and support transactions in Vietnam and the Asian market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research and development analysis of new investment projects
• Evaluate the feasibility of investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposal and compile project analysis report.
• Follow up process of executing transactions to meet the business objectives
• Monitor the invested projects for maximizing the overall strategic results and returns.
• Administer the process of due diligence.
• Strictly adhere to the Company policies, procedures, and ethical requirements, ensure the operation of daily activities are ethically and legally complied.
• Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• Having minimum 5 years of experience of M&A work in the Consulting/Investment firm or Healthcare projects.
• English professional proficiency
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, research, and analytical skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Accuracy of reports and records.
• Willing to have abroad business trip

• Hybrid working, report to Japanese Manager
