Job Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with software engineers to enhance development efficiency and experience.
Design, build, and maintain self-service tools and platforms that streamline workflows.
Continuously improve development environments and processes, beyond just tool creation.
Potential for assignment to other engineering teams based on experience and career goals.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development for web applications.
Proven ability to make decisions on technology stack, architecture design, and system implementation.
Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), and familiarity with automated tools such as Linters, Code Analyzers, API testing, and End-to-End testing.
Proficiency in statically typed programming languages such as TypeScript, Rust, Java/Kotlin, Go, etc.
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
Fluent English communication skills (CEFR B1 or higher), including written and verbal interaction in a professional setting.Must currently reside in Vietnam or have plans to relocate.
Foreign nationals must also hold a valid Vietnam work permit or be legally eligible to work in Vietnam.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
Background in platform engineering within large engineering teams (50+ members).
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
