JAC’s client - a leading commercial bank is looking for a Sales Manager (Chinese speaking) position.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Present and demonstrate banking products and services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Attend industry events and network opportunities to expand business contacts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) at HSK5 level or above, and English (basic communication).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
