QS Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW 
JAC's client, a Real estate company is currently looking for a QS Manager to join their dynamic team in Binh Duong.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check the quantity, and unit rate, manage and update the cost database.
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and measurements based on tender drawings & specifications.
• Prepare project schedules and tender schedules.
• Set up costs, budgets, and scopes of work for projects.
• Prepare tender documents for consultant packages and contractor packages.
• Prepare tender reports and make recommendations on contract awards.
• Be responsible for contract administration, manage claims & certifications, and monitor contractor payments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Civil engineering (or QS engineering)
• At least 7 years of experience in a QS role at a large-scale Contractor/ Client
• Good communication in English skills.
• Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break (Monday - Friday)
