JOB POSITION
QA/QC Staff
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for quality control and quality assurance of fine coaxial harnesses, ensuring products meet specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections of products during the production process to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to product quality management.
- Analyze the defect rate of coaxial harness products and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality management training and educate operators.
- Investigate and address the causes of quality issues when they arise.
- Handle customer responses to defect issues and communicate with the factory.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Support the introduction of new quality management tools and technologies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College diploma or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- Experience in Harness manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management methods and tools (e.g., the 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Japanese or English is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and experience with internal audits is desirable.
- Experience in customer handling is a plus.
