PURCHASING STAFF

 

Job Description:

Purchasing list Job

1. Issuing PO for Supplier, Calculating quantity to order

2. Follow LT Orders, Adjust LT to fit Production Requirements

3. Contact Forwarder for reciprocal customs clearance, import and export management.

4. Issue Non-commercial Invoice / Packing list to be able to export components to subcontractors

5. Import GRN on MEGA system

6. Prepare document, make payment requests to Supplier

7. Request quote / Reciprocate new supplier code registration documents.

Other:

1. Manage inventory of components

2. Manage import / export components

3. Manage documents

4. Management of BOM

 

Requirement:

·         Number of people: 1 (woman / man)

·         Work start date: June 1st

·         Nationality: Vietnam

·         Age: under 30 years old

·         Experience: 2 years and more, especially experience of purchasing electronic parts

·         Foreign language ability: English

·         Education: College graduate

·         Total monthly salary: USD600-USD800 gross

·         Work location: Cau Giay, Hanoi

·         Working time: Mon-Fri (8AM-5PM)
