JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing processing machines, planning production and monitoring progress
- Ensure good quality production
- Train employees on operating procedures and production techniques
- Department management, factory GD reporting
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with processing machines such as milling machines and lathes
- Management experience (equivalent to department head level)
- Japanese at N2 or N1 level
