New set-up Japanese Manufacturing company
Location: Thang Long 3 IZ
1. Position: Deputy Supply chain manager
(Report to Japanese Manager, team: 11 staffs)
2. Job summary:
- Keep balance between departments and teams: 2 production staff, 2 purchasing staff, 2 staff of Logistics (ordering / shipping), warehouse (1 manager, 4 workers)
- Establishment of purchasing system for raw materials necessary for production (raw materials, suppliers, conditions)
- Build a logistics (order-to-ship) system
- Warehouse operation arrangements
- Recruitment and assignment of staff in each section, education
- Management of each section (Purchasing, Logistic, Warehouse, Production)
3. Request:
- Age: 30-45
- Graduated from University
- Minimum of 5 year’s experience in Supply chain management in Japanese manufacturing (prefer EPE company, setup company)
- Fluent in English (4 skills)
- Excellent Communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to manage teams
- MS Office skills
4. Benefit:
- Salary: 18.000.000 – 22.000.000 VND Gross
- Company transportation from center Hanoi
- Bonus 13th month salary
- Working from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
