MEP QS Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW 

JAC's client, a Real estate company is currently looking for a MEP QS Manager position to join their dynamic team in Binh Duong.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check the MEP quantity and MEP unit rate and manage and update the MEP cost database.
• Prepare the MEP bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawings and specifications.
• Set up the MEP cost, budget, and scope of work for the project.
• Prepare tender documents for the contractor package (MEP section).
• Prepare tender reports and make recommendations on the contract award (if any).
• Could be assigned to work at the site depending on the situation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in MEP engineering or MEP QS engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in MEP QS at a large scale
• Contractor, Client, or Design Office
• Knowledgeable about MEP design
• Good communication in English skills
• Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break (Monday - Friday)
