A real estate company is looking for a Marketing Communication Executive.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and manage the whole channels of Marketing Communications.
- Managing research on the demands, experiences and content of customers.
- Build a communication strategy that includes product branding.
- Identify ways to survey consumers to implement these programs for data collection.
- Propose a schedule within the budget/timeframe.
- Coordinate with team members to refine old products/ sales tools.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Support at the real estate events of the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS.
- University Degree. Major: Journalism / Marketing / Art.
- 3-4 years of experience in the Marketing field (experience in Real Estate is a priority).
- Fluent in English.
- Leading skill, planning skill, negotiation skill.
- Strategic thinking.
