[Manufacturing] IT Manager

Company Overview:

Our client is a new set up manufacturing factory, located in Bac Ninh province

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, reliability, and efficiency.
• Manage ERP system enhancements, optimize business workflows, and ensure data integrity.
• Handle cybersecurity & compliance (NIST, CMMC), promoting a security-first culture.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors & technology partners.
• Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Oversee network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, routers, and firewalls

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT management, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
• Expertise in network security, system administration, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), including configuration & optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SEM/SIEMs, IPDS, Firewalls, TLS/SSL Encryption.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Certifications such as Cisco Networking, CISSP, CSIM, ERP-related, and PMP are a plus.
