JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out, organize, and manage maintenance work.
Plan, manage, and supervise preventive maintenance, inspection, and testing of machinery and equipment.
Train and develop a professional maintenance team.
Implement maintenance programs and develop maintenance plans and improvement programs.
Coordinate with other departments to improve processes and quality.
Plan and monitor monthly and annual maintenance budgets.
Inspect and control regulations and safety and fire prevention rules throughout the factory.
Effectively manage maintenance room equipment.
Manage 5S.
Perform other tasks as required by the Plant Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: University Major: Electricity - Electronics, Automation, Mechanical, Mechantronics
Experience: 5 -7 years of working experience in the same position in foreign company
Have expertise in factory support systems: electricity, refrigeration, compressors, ventilation systems, boilers
English: Good in communication skill
Good teamworking skills
Time management ability
Experience in PLC programming
Can work independently and has a high level of responsibility and commitment.
