JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working in the Department of Supply & Contract Management
• Update information on legal regulations related to construction works
• Creating documents and contracts related to construction works
• Other legal work at the request of superiors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Law
• Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding building construction, Certificate on training of FIDIC conditions of contract is an advantage
• Having 3 - 5 years working experience in related legal fields is an advantage
• Negotiating, writing and effective communication in English & Vietnamese (TOEIC/IELTS Certificate…)
