Job Responsibilities
Review client briefs to identify specific knowledge needs, and conduct comprehensive industry and
company research to source the most relevant experts.
Proactively connect with potential experts through phone calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
Assess experts’ suitability and alignment with client requirements, ensuring a high standard of quality in every recommendation.
Job Requirements
Final-year students or fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Japanese Studies or a related field.
Native-level or fluent proficiency in professional Japanese communication is a must
Demonstrated passion for business through at least 3 - 6 months of professional experience, internships, or extracurricular activities.
Growth-oriented mindset, seeing setbacks and short-term challenges as opportunities to learn and improve.
Strong client service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering genuine value.
