JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring decision-making.
• Develop and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, and support career growth and succession planning.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and keep abreast of changes in legislation that may impact the organization.
• Guide and support management in HR-related decision-making, providing advice and assistance on HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand and address HR-related needs and challenges to support the achievement of company goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Age: 20s to mid-30s
• 3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, sales management, or accounting (experience in any of these fields is preferred)
• Strong English (TOEIC 830 and above)
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, PPT, and Word
• Ability to work independently and support superiors effectively

• Up to $1200(Gross) Salary, depending on the candidate's experience and ability
