HR Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign real estate company is looking for HR Manager to join their dynamic team in Binh Duong.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's objectives and goals.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, promotions, and bonus plans.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee contracts, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and investigations.
• Advise management on HR-related matters, including organizational structure, staffing.
• Monitor and measure HR-related metrics and provide reports to senior management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in similar role, ideally in a real estate development company (Company size about 300 people)
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Experience managing a team.
• Foreign Language: English: Fluent
• Experienced in using HRM Fast System
• Work hours: 08:00～17:00 (Mon―Fri)
