Head of HR

An International School in HCMC is looking for a Head of HR position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Lead and manage the HR team and oversee all HR functions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the school's vision and values
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
• Manage recruitment, selection, induction, performance management, training and development of staff
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture and foster employee engagement and retention
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an educational setting
• Knowledge of international labor laws, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, students, parents, and external partners
• Leadership skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Proficiency in English.
