JAC's client is an international K-12 school in Ho Chi Minh City.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Admissions
  • Plan and manage admissions according to the approved plan, including assigning admission quotas for subordinate officers and ensuring the achievement of the established targets.
  • Reach out to potential customers using the existing data.
  • Provide consultation for and persuade students to enroll
  • Coordinate with the Board of Management to implement enrollment procedures and activities targeting new students, ensuring accuracy and admission progress.
  • Suggest ideas on admission campaigns and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate how customer requests are received and handled (requests could be made in person, via email or telephone), ensuring that response is provided within the prescribed time limit; manage the call center and regularly check call recordings for the purpose of quality control.
  • Organize and supervise crucial customer care operations.
  • Oversee the implementation of customer surveys, synthesize and analyze areas for improvement, and collaborate with the Board of Management to address customer feedback and enhance service quality for a higher rate of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular checks and evaluations to assess the service and work quality of the department and propose solutions for enhanced service quality, ensuring that all services provided to customers meet the school‘s standards.
2. Marketing and Communications
  • Plan and implement PR and Marketing strategies that support the company's vision and objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective execution of the approved PR Marketing plans.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret market data and customer feedback, and provide recommendations and proposals based on the findings.
  • Track, measure, and report on Marketing activities, and suggest ways to improve and optimize them.
  • Oversee and coordinate communication channels aimed at parents and students. This includes tasks such as writing press releases, developing website content, moderating forums, and maintaining social media fan pages.
  • Ensure the school's image and brand identity are consistent and positive across all platforms.
 
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Service Management, Marketing or other economic related fields
  • 05 years or more of experience in admissions and marketing, preferably in international schools
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and effective time management
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Effective leadership
