JOB POSITION: FORWARDING SUPERVISOR- THỦ TỤC HẢI QUAN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand the process of each shipment (air, sea, truck ...) to guide employees and advise customers
- Have a thorough grasp of import-export activities (circulars, decrees, documents on import and export), logistics.
- Firmly grasp the goods must apply for permits: old machinery, chemical declaration, apply for quality inspection certificate ...
- Create relationships with customers and customs and partners.
- Liaising with Customers.
- Allocating the correct license depending on type of goods being imported.
- Reporting and analyzing report data
- Understanding of direct customs procedures, e-customs declaration, import / export documents and C / O.
- Cooperate with the custom for import & export custom clearance matters
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields, aged from 30 years old .
- Over 05 years experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially in customs clearance.
- Good command of English.
- Have strong organizational, grammar and communication skills
