[English Speakers] CNC/EDM Mold Programmer for a NEW Japanese factory

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client has global facilities in Asia, including Vietnam. They are specialized in mold design, manufacturing, sales, and production of degassing parts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to program CNC machines for the production of molds with precision and accuracy.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of CNC programs and machine setups to ensure that molds meet the required specifications.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide feedback on mold manufacturability and recommend process improvements.
• Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines and equipment to ensure proper functionality and maximize operational efficiency.

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have technical knowledge (graduates from technical school is preferred) 
• Previous experience as a CNC programmer
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications related to mold manufacturing.
• Experience in the mold industry or a related field would be an advantage.
• English level: Fluent (equivalent to TOEIC >700), especially strong in listening and speaking

• Salary: 20,000,000~30,000,000 (negotiable depending on candidate’s experience and availability)
• Social insurance
• Annual income is 13 months of monthly salary (12 months + 1 month of pre-Tet bonus)
