Design Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is looking for the Design Manager position.

Work Location: HCM city

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and carry out design-related tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Conduct site surveys and condition assessments, develop design briefs, and prepare design proposals when assigned.
Develop overall and detailed design schedules for all stages: concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
Coordinate with design consultants to propose materials and products for interior and exterior finishes.
Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, fire safety, infrastructure, interior, and landscape to ensure design consistency.
Ensure all design documents comply with legal requirements and support permit applications.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Sales, Legal, and CCP to align project requirements.
Work closely with the construction management team to ensure the design is practical and executable on-site.
Supervise the construction process to ensure it complies with approved design drawings.
Coordinate and resolve any issues arising during construction to maintain quality and schedule.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Academic Level: Bachelor Architecture major
Minimum of 5-8 years in a similar position.
Has participated in or taken charge of 2–3 medium to large-scale projects, including residential apartments, Low rise , Villas.....
Experienced in working with both local and international design consultants, and in coordinating with related disciplines (structure, MEP, fire protection, interior design, etc.)
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, Sketchup skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to develop process schedules for the department
Experienced in reviewing and checking technical drawings.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, results-oriented, and hard-working.
